Try this fresh, flavorful dressing to dip your veggies in or pour over your salad!
Avocado Cilantro Dressing/Dip
1 Avocado, peeled and seeded.
1 Clove of garlic, peeled
1/4 cup Cilantro, cut off long steam
1/4 cup Low- fat sour cream or greek yogurt (leave out for vegan)
1/4 cup Pear juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Dash of Ground Black Pepper
1/2 cup Water ( adjust per desired thickness)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the water into a blender or food processor.
Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute (the longer it blends the less you will see the cilantro pieces).
Add in water and blend. ( for thinner dressing, add more water).
Pour into air tight containers and refrigerator until ready to serve.
