Avocado Cilantro Salad Dressing

Try this fresh, flavorful dressing to dip your veggies in or pour over your salad!


Avocado Cilantro Dressing/Dip

  • 1 Avocado, peeled and seeded.

  • 1 Clove of garlic, peeled

  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, cut off long steam

  • 1/4 cup Low- fat sour cream or greek yogurt (leave out for vegan)

  • 1/4 cup Pear juice

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

  • Dash of Ground Black Pepper

  • 1/2 cup Water ( adjust per desired thickness)


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except the water into a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute (the longer it blends the less you will see the cilantro pieces).

  3. Add in water and blend. ( for thinner dressing, add more water).

  4. Pour into air tight containers and refrigerator until ready to serve.
